Yes...I know my blog is dead
and the holidays are over..yikes! and wat did i do? NOTHING!
thats Yvonne-sometimes all talk and no action:(
haiya...super unprepared and i have no choice rite..its all my fault anyways...but nvm..thank God its not A Levels yet..theres still time...if not I wld be SO SO SO dead..
and did i mention that maths totally totally dusnt like me?!
anyway besides all the time i wasted during June, the one thing that I enjoyed was YOUTH CAMP!
God really moved and He spoke so realistically to each and everyone of us -it was like a call to seek His face like never before!
And there was of course the wonderful company and games and fun!
And my roomies- Annette and Joyce who were really nice and accomodating...
and there was the washing of feet thingy-i seriously didn-t mind doing it..but when Ps Catherrine did it for me, I felt really touched..being an Indian, I was touched that despite being Chinese, and someone much older than me, she did that for me...and thats the love of God- it unites hearts of all different backgrounds...it makes me feel so reassured...
and this year there were SO MANY cameras going 'flash, flash, flash' everywhere...so there was a lot of camwhoring as well...
but beyond all the goodness we had in camp,I really hope that everyone sustains the fervency in them even after the camp..its so easy to be all out for God when you're always praising God with ur friends..but reality strikes and I think the really impt thing is to seek God even in all the business of life.....to never lose that yearning for Him..as long as we have that in our hearts , we will always go back to Him...
